123. Appointment of places for disposal of solid wastes.
- The Chairman may cause the solid wastes to be disposed at such place or places within or outside the area of its jurisdiction, arid in such manner, as it considers suitable.Provided that no,place, which has not been used for the purpose specified in this section before the commencement of this Act, shall be used except in conformity with the provisions of the West Bengal Town and Country (Planning and Development) Act, 1979.
