Section 3(1) in The National Law University, Jodhpur Act, 1999
(1)With effect from such date as the State Government may by notification appoint, there shall be established, in the State of Rajasthan, a University by the name of National Law University, Jodhpur which shall consist of the Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor, the General Council, the Executive council, the Academic Council and the Registrar.
