Facts :-
Heard today dated 28.12.2010. Appellant present. Nobody has appeared for the Public Authority. However, a message has been received from the CPIO to say that this matter has already been decided by this Commission in File No. CIC/WB/A/2010/000101/LS.
2. The said order is perused wherein we had directed Prof. K.K. Mishra, Director, IGRMS, to revisit the matter and pass an appropriate order, after hearing the appellant.
3. The appellant submits that an opportunity of hearing was given to him but the matter has now been adjourned to 17.1.2011.
4. In the premises, we need not pass any fresh orders. We direct Director, IGRMS to pass a detailed order in the matter. The appellant will be at liberty to move the Commission again if he is not satisfied with the order of Director, IGRMS.
