FACTS
Heard today dated 9.7.2013. Appellant not present. DRDO is represented by Shri Deepak Mishra, Scientist 'F'.
2. In the RTI application dated 3.2.2013, the appellant had mentioned that the shoulder badge 'NCC' is in English and that it should be in Hindi. Shri Mishra submits that the RTI application should have been addressed to the CPIO of Rajbhasha Vibhag of the Ministry of Home Affairs and not to the DRDO.
3. I agree. The CPIO is advised to transfer the RTI application to Rajbhasha Vibhag, Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi for action as deemed fit.
4. The matter is closed at the Commission's end.
