9. Documents which shall accompany the eligible prisoner.
- The following documents shall accompany the eligible prisoner at the time of his transfer to the Concentration Jail :-(i)Medical Certificate of fitness for working in the Open Air Jail;(ii)Case history :(iii)Recommendations of the Superintendent Jail that the prisoner has done good work at the Jail; and(iv)Roll of the prisoner.
