Section 7(i) in Orissa Civil Services (Compassionate Grant) Rules, 1964
(i)a report of the District Collector giving complete information regarding (a) the assets and liabilities of the deceased or injured Government servant, and (b) the family members actually dependent on the deceased or injure Government servant; their age and occupation, if any, and their present financial position;
