HONBLE MR. SANJEEV KAUSHIK, MEMBER (J):-
1.At this stage, the learned counsel for the respondents states that O.A. has rendered infructuous since the applicant has been dismissed from the service, which is admitted by the learned counsel for the applicant.
2.Another petition filed by the applicant (O.A. No.801/PB/2011) has also been dismissed by this Tribunal vide order dated 01.11.2013.
3.In view of the above, the O.A. is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. No costs.
