Section 11(1) in Punjab Apartment and Property Regulation Act, 1995
(1)After the plans and specifications of the building as approved by the authority which is required so to do under any law are disclosed or furnished to the person who agrees to take an apartment, the promoter shall;(i)not make any alterations in the structures described therein in respect of such apartment, without the previous consent of that person; or(ii)not make any other alterations in, or additions to the structure of the building or construct any additional structures, without the previous consent of all the persons who have agreed to take apartments in such building.
