Section 15(2) in Gujarat Biotechnology University Act, 2018
(2)The Academic Council of the University shall consist of the following members, namely: -(i)the Director General, who shall be the Chairman of the Council;(ii)three academicians or professionals, to be nominated by the Board;(iii)the Directors,(iv)the Deans,(v)two faculty members from the programs being run at the University campus, to be nominated by the Board,(vi)one faculty of each University School, to be nominated by the Director General.
