Section 8(5) in The Orissa State Transport Appellate Tribunal Rules, 1993
(5)When an appeal or revision application is presented, the Secretary shall cause the particulars of such appeal or revision application entered in the register in Form No. III such entries shall be numbered in every year according to the order in which they are registered. If the memorandum of appeal or revision application is in order, the Tribunal shall admit the appeal or revision, as the case may be :Provided that where more than one appeal or revision application are filed against the same order, they shall be all clubbed together and disposed of by one common order.
