     Court made the following
                                  O R D E R

Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 already submitted that she does not wish to file counter affidavit on behalf of said respondents.

Service of notice is complete on respondent No. 4 but none has entered appearance on his behalf.

Ld. Counsel for petitioner has failed to file application for substitution to bring on record Lrs. of deceased Respondent No. 1 despite opportunities.

At this stage, Ld. Counsel for petitioner submits that he has verified from the Department (DDA) that Respondent No.1 is found to be alive. Ld.Counsel seeks and is given two seeks time for filing affidavit and for taking steps in this regard. Registry to issue notice with utmost dispatch upon taking steps.
