Section 8(2) in The M.P. Motor Transport Workers Rules, 1963
(2)Every application for the renewal of the certificate of registration shall be in Form I in duplicate, and shall be made not less than sixty days before the date on which the certificate of registration expires and if the application is so made, the undertaking shall be deemed to be duly registered until such date as certificate of registration is renewed :Provided that where an undertaking is registered on or after the 1st day of November in any year, application for renewal of the certificate of registration shall be made on or before the 1st day of January next following.
