(1)The Government may, after consultation with the High Court, by notification, establish a court to be called the City Civil Court with jurisdiction to receive, try and dispose of, subject to the provisions of this Act, all suits and proceedings of a civil nature arising [in the district of Hyderabad.] [Substituted by Act No.1 of 1980.]
