% 17.05.2023 Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has drawn the attention of the Court to the orders dated 06 March 2023 and 13 April 2023 passed by the Additional District Judge-cum-Presiding Judge Exclusive Commercial Court at Gurugram and submits that in terms of the direction so made all compliances have been effected.
In view of the aforesaid, let this execution petition be called again to review progress on 28.08.2023.
