Section 14 in Kerala Private Forests (Vesting and Assignment) Act, 1971
14. Indemnity.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or the Tribunal or the custodian or any other officer for anything in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any rule or order made there under.
