Section 26(1) in Bombay Khadi and Village Industries Act, 1960
(1)In discharge of its functions, the Board shall be guided by such directions as may be given to it by the State Government from time to time.[Subs, by Gujarat 15 of 1990 w.e.f. [3-8-1990]]
