62. Keeping of Minutes and Proceedings.
- Minutes of each meeting of the Municipality and of a committee of the Municipality recording therein the names of the Councillors present at such meeting and the proceedings of each such meeting shall be laid before the next meeting of the Municipality or such committee, as the case may be, and signed at such meeting by the presiding officer thereof.
