Section 22(1) in Haryana Murrah Buffalo and Other Milch Animal Breed Rules, 2002
(1)Every order passed with reference to -(a)imposition of penalty on fee;(b)imposition of penalty on cess,shall be appealable before the Government. The appeal should be addressed to the Secretary, Anila Husbandry, Government of Haryana.
