- The State Government may make rules providing for-(a)the procedure of functioning of an Urban Development Committee,(b)the method of preparation and enforcement of a master plan,(c)the conditions of involvement of voluntary organizations, and(d)such other matters as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Chapter.
