Section 3(5) in The Orissa Pension to Indigent Artists Rules, 1976
(5)The list prepared by the Committee shall be submitted to Government and shall be final after receipt of their approval. Government may alter or modify the list submitted to them and such alterations and modifications shall be incorporated in the list.
