                              ORAL ORDER

1. Rule. Learned APP waives service of notice of Rule  on behalf of the respondent­State.

2. The application is filed for temporary bail for a  period   of   30   days   on   the   ground   of   marriage   of   his  son.

3. Heard learned advocate for the applicant.

4. Considering   the   averments   made   in   the  application,   the   cause   shown   in   the   application   is  found   to   be   genuine.   In   this   set   of   circumstances,  the application deserves to be allowed and the same  is allowed. 

5. The   applicant   is,   therefore   ordered   to   be  released   on   temporary   bail   for   a   period   of  30   days  from the date of his actual release on his furnishing  Page 1 of 2 R/CR.MA/9302/2015 ORDER a   personal   bond   of   Rs.10,000/­   before   the   jail  authority on usual terms and conditions. The applicant  shall   surrender   before   the   jail   authority   on  completion of bail period without fail. 

   Rule   is   made   absolute   to   the   aforesaid   extent. 

Direct service is permitted.
