1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Pandit Sundar Lal Sharma (Open) University Chhattisgarh Adhiniyam, 2004.(2)It extends to the whole of Chhattisgarh.(3)It shall come into force on the date of its publication in Official Gazette.
