UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
An application has been filed bringing on record the compromise arrived at between the parties on 17.03.2022, in terms of which the matter is to be settled before the Trial Court.
Mr. K.V. Viswanathan, learned senior counsel appearing for the Signature Not Verified petitioner has submitted that certain observations on fact and law Digitally signed by ARJUN BISHT Date: 2022.03.30 10:09:06 IST Reason: have been made by the High Court while refusing the injunction, 1 which may not be given effect to in view of the compromise that has been arrived at.
Mr. Kuljeet Rawal, learned counsel for the respondent has fairly stated that the parties have now compromised the matter and as such nothing remains in the petition.
Accordingly, we dispose of this special leave petition with the observation that since the matter has already been compromised between the parties, the Trial Court shall pass necessary orders in terms of the compromise and any observation made by the High Court while refusing to grant injunction either on facts and law will not have binding effect.
