Date : --30.11.2022 Heard Mr. A. Dutta, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. A.J. Saikia, learned counsel for the respondent No. 6.
Page No.# 3/3 Ms. N. Upadhay, learned counsel submits that she was engaged on behalf of respondent Nos. 1,2 and 3 but has returned back the briefs.
Office note dated 24.11.2022 shows that the notice upon respondent No. 4 has been duly served. The notice is therefore deemed to be served on respondent No. 4. Insofar as the respondent No. 7 and 8 is concerned, office note shows that the notice was received by the family members. Insofar as the respondent No. 5 is concerned, the office note shows that service report as well as A/D card has not been received back as yet.
The learned counsel for the appellant shall take fresh steps for service of notice upon respondent Nos. 1,2 and 3 and shall also take steps for service of notice by dasti mode upon respdoentn Nos. 7 and 8 through the Registry of this Court. Insofar as respdoennt No. 5 is concerned service of notice may be awaited.
The notice upon respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 be sent by registered post with A/D as well as by usual process. All steps for service of notice upon the respondents shall be taken within a period of 7 days from today.
List this matter after 4 weeks on a date to be fixed by the Registry.
