12. Cancellation charges.
(1)In case the eligible Indian International Telecommunication Entity fails to acquire number of units mentioned in clause (a) of sub-regulation (2) of regulation 4, either due to withdrawing of authorization or rescinding of agreement referred to in regulation 7 or any other reasons, cancellation charge for the units not so acquired shall be payable by such eligible Indian International Telecommunication Entity to the owner of the cable landing station.(2)The cancellation charges referred to in sub-regulation (1) shall be such as are specified in Part-II of the Schedule.
