Section 9(1) in The High Court Legal Services Committee Regulations, 1997
(1)Legal Aid, Legal Advice or other Legal Services may be provided by the Committee in matters before the High Court or Central Administrative Tribunal at Allahabad and Lucknow and Board of Revenue at Allahabad and Lucknow or any other Authority constituted under any Law, other than District Courts to exercise judicial or quasi-judicial functions at Allahabad.
