Section 12(2) in The First Statutes of the Footwear Design and Development Institute
(2)The term of office of the members of the Senate (other than ex-officio members), shall be of two years from the date of their nomination and any vacancy in the Senate (other than ex-officio members) shall be filled by nomination within a period of thirty days from the date of arising of vacancy.
