Section 59(c) in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009
(c)[ At such places, where more than fifty building construction workers are employed, the employer shall establish a kitchen. The Board, may provide one time grant for equipments, which may include furniture, crockery, cutlery and utensils for kitchen.
