1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No. 1/EDCIL submits that he has been engaged only on 30.09.2024 and thus seeks an adjournment.
2. Be it noted that on 30.04.2024, also adjournment was sought to engage another counsel and Court had made it clear that EDCIL will ensure the presence of a counsel on the next date.
3. In the interest of justice, adjournment is granted to Respondent No. 1/EDCIL making it clear that no adjournment will be given on the next date and subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- to the Petitioner, within two weeks from today.
