36. Powers to depute Government servant to manage affairs of a co-operative society.
- The State Government may, on the application of a society and on such conditions as may be prescribed, depute Government servant to the service of the society for the purpose of managing its affairs and the Government servant so deputed shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed.
