74. Overstayal after Joining Time.
- An employee who does not join his post within the joining time allowed to him, except under circumstances beyond his control, shall not be entitled to any pay or leave salary after the end of the joining time. Wilful absence from duty after the expiry of joining time may be treated as a breach of these Regulations for the purpose of Regulation 39.Chapter - VI Foreign Service
