________________________________________________________________________________ Sanjay Karol, Acting Chief Justice (oral) From the report submitted by the concerned Patwari (Page-100), prima facie, it appears that petitioners' land/property stands damaged, perhaps as a result of construction of dam by the respondents-State.
2. Learned Advocate General fairly states that the officials of respondents No.3 and 4 shall visit the spot and take all curative measures, as may be required, for redressing the grievances of the petitioners, including restoring the property, within a period of three months. If the Authorities are of the considered view that the property cannot be restored, it shall determine adequate ::: Downloaded on - 04/05/2017 23:59:48 :::HCHP 2 compensation which would be just, fair and reasonable, which may be payable to the petitioners.
3. With the aforesaid observations, present petition .
stands disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioners to approach the Court, if need so arises subsequently.
