ORDER
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:
"WHEREFORE, the Accused No.3/Petitioner most respectfully prays that, this Hon'ble court may quash the Private PCR No. 120/2012 complaint by the be pleased pl to and numbered respondent and numbered C.C. No.56266/2014 pending on the file of the XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Mayohall Unit at Bengaluru for the alleged offences punishable under Section 496, 494, 495, 493, 114, 109, 420, 120(B) read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code in the ends of justice".
2. Despite the order dated 28.02.2024, none appears for the petitioner today also. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
