accused persons punishable under Section 361, 363, 448, 451, 323, 354, 506(i)
of IPC r/w Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, on the basis of complaint dated
07.11.2017.

:ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register a case against the proposed accused persons punishable under Section 361, 363, 448, 451, 323, 354, 506(i) of IPC r/w Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, on the basis of complaint dated 07.11.2017.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted by the second respondent police and after enquiry, the complaint was closed advising the parties to seek their remedy before the concerned Court.
3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
