Section 98(10) in The Meghalaya Co-operative Societies Rules
(10)Each Demand Certificate submitted for signature shall be supported by a public order of the liquidator to that effect separately and accompanied by a copy of the notice as required in the Co-operative Demand Certificate, duly served upon the certificate debtor.
