Section 16(2)(h) in The Assam Handicraft Artisans Welfare Fund Scheme, 2000

(h)to remit the contribution amount from the handicraft artisans, self employed persons, employers, dealers and producer of handicraft products whatever in form of cash or bank draft to the Chief Executive Officer immediately along with the relevant document keeping record in his register ;
