These petitions filed under articles 226 and 227 of the
Constitution of India praying to quash the order passed by the R2
dated 29.01.2015 vide Annexure - B and etc.,
These petitions coming on for Preliminary Hearing, this day,
the court made the following:
ORDER
The petitioners are said to be students who have been permitted to take the SSLC examination, the results of which have already been announced and the results of the petitioners have been withheld. Since there is no fault of the petitioners, the results of the petitioners shall now be announced by the respondents.
Insofar as the question as to whether the institution of the petitioners was otherwise recognized or not is an independent question. Therefore, insofar as these petitioners are concerned, the petitions are rendered infructuous if the direction now issued to announce the results is complied with.
The petitions stand disposed of.
