Section 10(9)(k) in The Punjab Agricultural University Act, 1961

(k)to meet at such times and so often as the Board may deem necessary, provided that regular meetings of the Board shall be held at least once in every two months and at least two thirds of these regular meetings shall be held every year at the headquarters of the University;
