(4)If any question arises regarding any person who has been appointed or nominated, as or is entitled to be, a member of any authority of the University subordinate to the Board or regarding any decision of the Board under this Act and the Statutes, the matter shall be referred to the Chancellor for his or her decision, and the decision of the Chancellor shall be final.
