Section 35(xx) in Amended Bye-Laws of the Pradeshik Co-operative Dairy Federation Limited
(xx)to make proposals to the Annual General Meeting for payment of dividend and the disposal of profits and reserve fund in accordance with these bye-laws, the Act and the Rules;
