Section 14(3) in Maharashtra Horticulture Development Corporation Act, 1984
(3)The conditions of appointment and service of the officers and servants and their scales of pay shall-(a)as regards the officers mentioned in sub-section (1), be such as the State Government may determine from time to time, and(b)as regards the officers and servants mentioned in sub-section (2), be such as may be determined from time to time by the Corporation with the previous approval of the State Government.
