Section 4(1) in Himachal Pradesh Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Development Banks Act, 1979
(1)The shall be a State Bank for the State of Himachal Pradesh, and as many [Primary Agriculture and Rural Development Banks] [Substituted for the words 'Primary Land Development Bank' vide Act No. 16 of 1987 w.e.f. 16-11-87.] or branches as may be deemed necessary.
