(a)in sub-section (1), for the words "shall extend to the whole of Chhattisgarh" the words "shall extend to the whole of Chhattisgarh except the areas within the territorial jurisdiction of the Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya" shall be substituted;
