Section 15(6) in Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009
(6)The President may, on representation made or otherwise and after making such inquiry as may be necessary and is of the opinion that the continuance of the Provost in office is not in the interests of the University, by an order in writing stating the reasons therein, direct the Provost to relinquish his office from the date specified in the order:Provided that before taking an action under this sub-section, the Provost shall be given an opportunity of being heard.
