Section 7(g) in The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Procedure, Terms and Conditions for Grant of Trading Licence and other Related Matters) Regulations, 2009
(g)The licensee shall render all assistance to any person authorised by the Commission to carry out his duties relating to the licence.
