Section 9(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir State Forest Corporation Act, 1978
(1)[The Managing Director] [Substituted by XXXIII of 1978, section 3.] shall be entitled to draw such salaries and allowances and be subject to such other conditions of service as may be determined by regulations.
