Section 2(4) in The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Sharing of Revenue Derived from Utilisation of Transmission Assets for Other Business) Regulations, 2007
(4)"other business" means any business other than the transmission business, carried out by the transmission owner for optimum utilisation of its assets;
