Section 5(xi) in Andhra Pradesh High Court Advocates' Clerks (Registration, Discipline and Control) Rules, 2000
(xi)The names of the recognised clerks whose registration has been cancelled or who failed to seek renewal of the Registration or whose application for renewal has been refused shall be struck off the rolls of the prescribed Register.
