Section 282 in Goa Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008
282. Payment of funeral assistance.
- The Board may sanction an amount of [ten thousand rupees] [Substituted 'five thousand Rupees' by Notification No. 24/24/2010-LAB/657, dated 11.10.2018 (w.e.f. 10.4.2018).] to the nominees/dependents of a deceased member, towards funeral expenses. An application in Form No. XLI shall be submitted for this benefit.
