Section 10(2)(ii) in Delhi Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993

(ii)If no reply is received from the issuing authority within stipulated period, the applicant may be put to driving test as defined under sub-rule (3) of Rule 15 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 at Government Motor Driving Training School.
